My daughter wrote a book. Own it. Please.

Short intro today. Harvey Weinstein. Climate Change. War Games. The Fires. Twitter. My head and heart aches. And so, I focus on the personal, away from the political. And today, I’m working on financial aid for college. That will be keeping me busy for the short term, making this a very short intro today.

Sarah Silverman: “It’s so odd to me that people, and they tend to be on the right and the far right, don’t learn from history. How many times did they fight things that are now a normal part of their own lives? ”

Anita Hill: “Successful men do harass. They act in ways that are abusive and sometimes illegal. Too many of us are under the impression that the people who do this are losers, and that’s not the case. Liberal men, high-achieving men, educated men, men who claim to support women, can be harassers.”

Justin Trudeau:  “Feminism is not just the belief that men and women are equal. It’s the knowledge that when we are all equal, all of us are more free. It’s a relentless commitment to look for ourselves in each other, because that’s how we start to build a world where everyone is treated with respect and recognition. And it’s the unwavering conviction that all people have the same rights and freedoms—that my rights are your rights, and it is only when your rights are fully protected that mine are, too.”

Larissa Nolan: “Personally, there’s nothing I would resist more than living a life dependent on a man.”

Samantha Bee. Always the best.

Manohla Dargis: “I hope real change comes soon, especially for the women working in the industry who each day are forced to fight sexism just so that they can do their jobs.”

Jane Fonda. 79. Town and Country cover.

Wait you can get banned from Twitter if you’re Rose McGowan?

Vibrators.

And now have a laugh with Megan Mullally.
